Not able to view PO Line DFF on OTBI

Summary:

I have a requirement to create an OTBI report in Purchasing with basic details of a PO. There is also a line level DFF which needs to be pulled to the OTBI report. I have configured the DFF and checked the checkbox, BI enabled. Also ran the process ' Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence'. Still am unable to view the DFF in either 'Procurement- Purchasing Real time' or 'Procurement-Procure to Pay Real time'. What can be the issue here?
