"Couldn't generate data from the attachment" message when selecting Extract

in Human Capital Management

Hello everyone,

We're testing the new Extract feature for document records, which came out in the Oracle Quarterly Update 26C, and have run into an issue. This is the Extract Data from Attachments to Prefill Document Record Attributes with AI Assistance.

We have enabled the necessary page properties through VBCS and have pushed the changes to our environment. Thus, the Extract button now shows up as expected when we create new document records. However, when we attach a document such as a passport and select Extract, we get this message:

"Couldn't generate data from the attachment. Try another attachment or enter the data manually.
