Automatically set Home email as primary on Termination

Summary:

Business needs to automatically set a worker's Home email as the primary email on the effective termination date, if the worker has a Home email on their person record. If a terminated worker has no Home email on file, leave Work email as primary.

The personal (Home) email also needs to show on the worker's Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) candidate profile in place of the Work email. That way, former employees stay reachable and can be matched to their existing candidate profile.

Expected Output:

• On or after the effective termination date, the Home email is set as primary automatically, with no manual action and no HDL load.
