Competencies section needs to build with automatic rating assessment(HCM Profile Management)
Hello,
We have received the following requirement related to Competencies and Questionnaire Scoring and would appreciate guidance on the best approach to achieve this in Oracle Fusion HCM - Profile Management (Talent Profile - Competency Section).
Business Requirement
We have a competency framework structured as follows:
- Parent (Pillar): ABC
- Child (Competency): ****
- Sub-Child (Questionnaire Indicators):
- ONE
- TWO
- THREE
For each indicator, users select a Frequency rating from a predefined scale (e.g., 1 to 6).
Expected Outcome
- Each indicator receives a score based on the selected frequency rating.
- The system should automatically calculate and derive an overall score for the Competency (Curiosity) based on the indicator responses.
