Correct Invalid Supervisor Assignments not working in oracle fusion HCM

Summary:

We have a manager terminated with Direct Reports as of 29th Sep 2026 and ran the ESS Job Reassign Pending Approvals for Terminations and Correct Invalid Supervisor Assignments with no of days in the past as 30. The process picked up the Direct Reports of the manager, but failed with an error "Reason: JBO-PER:::PER_HCACS_ACT_REASONS: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>PER-1531393</NUMBER><TEXT>The action reason is invalid."

I've been trying to understand what is causing the failure, but there's isn't any documentation available on what specific Action Reason needs to be used.

We are currently in Redwood and are using custom ACtion Reasons to Terminate employees.
