Same EIT at candidate profile and candidate job application?

Can we have an EIT (same EIT) to be reflected at candidate profile (from candidate search page) as well as job application (requisition—>applications—>candidate job application) ?

We created EIT however at associated pages tab we can add only 1 usage code per record so the same EIT enabled at candidate profile is not reflecting on job application. Is it not technically possible or are we missing something?
