Worklist channel in Nudges

in Human Capital Management

Summary:

Additional channel type Worklist has been introduced for Nudges in 26C. However when we tried with this channel type ,execution failed with the message "

No active work email account found for person_id = " . Why is work email mandatory for the Bell notifications when worker can view the same by logging into the pod.

Is it the intended functionality or are we missing any steps ? Any pointers please.
