Historical FCCS elimination balance for Entity 1805 cannot be cleared without recreating th

Issue Summary 

We have identified a historical intercompany elimination balance in Oracle FCCS for Entity 1805 that continues to roll forward through Opening Balance. The underlying GL balances have already been cleared, but the FCCS elimination balance cannot be permanently cleared through the topside journal approach tested.

Historical Analysis 

The balance was traced back to Aug FY22, where it first appeared under the FCCS elimination layer. No corresponding originating balance was identified under FCCS_TotalInputAndAdjusted, FCCS_Journal Input, USD_Journal Input, or FCCS_NoDataSource. No corresponding partner-side balance was identified for Entity 1804 with ICP_1805, either in Aug FY22 or in the current period.
