Interview schedule should be automatically open for recruiter

We have one requirement that when the recruiter is moving candidate to interview phase with interview schedule state. Then the schedule interview screen will be automatically open for invite the interviewer and the candidate for scheduling the interview.

Could it be possible to automatically open the schedule interview screen based on CSP movement.
