Create Prescreeening Questions as a drop-down list rather than a Horizontal list

Summary:

When looking to create new prescreening questions, when choosing the Response Type as Single Choice from List OR Multiple Choice from a List, the question appears on the career site, still in a Horizontal list with bubble options. There seems to be no ability to create a Real Drop-down menu ?
