Default Lot Status is not working when receiving through Inter-org transfer

Having Default Lot Status Control at Organization Level

Tested with item# ANC1 (Account Receipt in Org:NC1 > Lot Material Status: Quarantine) > Updated Lot Status to "Released"

 

Do Inter-Org Transfer (NC1 to NC2)

 

Received in Org: NC2 and verified Lot Material Status is (Released)

We are expecting to have Lot Status in NC2 Org as Quarantine. Because that is my default lot status

Please suggest how we can achieve the lot status goes back to Quarantine when receiving in NC2 Org.
