Redwood Item Search - Blank Screen when clicking on item

We are still using Classic UI screens, but have implemented Redwood Item Search. We have many users that have a "Reviewer" license type, that when trying to click on the Item Hyperlink they end up with a blank screen.

The role we used has these privileges from (metric-descriptions-fusion-offerings.pdf)
