Redwood Promote and Change Position – Transaction Details won't load in the approval notification

We are experiencing an issue with the Promote and Change Position transaction.

The transaction is submitted successfully and follows the configured approval workflow. However, not every user can see the transaction details when opening the notification. It's mostly an issue for FYI notifications, but it also sometimes happens for the HR payroll approver or even when the transaction autoapproves. The user receives the approval notification, but the transaction details do not load when opening the notification.

The user who can't see the transaction details differs based on the value of the Action and Action Reason fields in When and Why, since the workflow is different.
