OTBI Folder Disappearance

Summary:

Is anyone experiencing folders disappearing in the catalog? I pulled a report to see what happened to the folder, and there is no record of it being moved or deleted. It was seen in real time when the screen flickered and refreshed, and the folder was gone. Has anyone had this happen?
