Tax automation form error

We have configured a few tax automation rules that the source account and target account are the same. The source and target movement differ. The logic is 100% pull. It has been working fine for the last few month (we have a new implementation) but suddenly when I was trying to update and save the form, the above error message popped up and those source accoutns that are the same as target accounts were highlighted. The form cannot be saved therefore. Does anyone know if there is a change of function in TRCS regarding tax automation rules? Thank you.
