Learner redwood course page keeps on loading

One of the new hire learners is unable to access the mandatory learning courses assigned to them. When attempting to open the course, the following error message is displayed

When the learner clicks any mandatory course the course is keep on loading .

The problem appears to be isolated to this specific employee.
