Import/Export Data , Clear cube, Refresh DB options are gone from Applications->Overview->Actions

Summary:

Import/export Data , Clear Cube , Refresh Database options are gone from Applications->Overview→Actions in Test environment after Oct release.

So are the import, export options from Applications→Dimensions (right side)

We see this in EPCM, EPBCS, Freeform environments in our landscape. FCCS is fine.
