Code migration scripts - oracle paas

Hi Team,

we have recently procured a Fusion SaaS environment along with a small PaaS environment where we are hosting Oracle Database, APEX, and ORDS.

For our development process, developers will create and test database changes in DEV. When promoting the changes to UAT and PROD, we need a place to maintain SQL scripts such as table creation/alteration scripts, packages, procedures, views, grants, etc., from which DBAs can take the approved scripts and execute them in the respective environments.

Since this is a relatively small environment, we are looking for a simple, lightweight, and budget-friendly approach rather than a complex or costly solution.
