Object strorage file management

Hi team,

We are migrating our application files away from a legacy architecture to OCI Object Storage.

Our Previous Setup:
Previously, our application files lived on a standard Linux directory (/u01). We managed our backups manually by running regular rsync jobs to copy data over to a separate Network File System (NFS) mount.

Our Current Setup & Concern:
We are now moving these files directly into an OCI Object Storage bucket. We anticipate that our data volume will grow quickly and reach over 1 TB in the near future. I would appreciate some clarity on how OCI handles data protection.

Please note Source files must remain untouched because users can download them at any time.
