Arrange Power User role group to view Insights from IPM

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

we are trying to configure IPM insights and execute them so that these are visible to audience group assigned as a 'power user' role for a test environment.

Is their a system limitation or any change in steetings requiered for this. At present users assigned with power user role group are not able to see the insights generated for IPM by system admins in the same test environment.
