Change default Prepayments (ON) and Required Parameters (OFF) in QuickPay Cycle?

Does anyone know of a method to adjust the default settings on the QuickPay Cycle page? Specifically, we would like to set the 'Calculate QuickPay Prepayments' task to be checked and the 'Show Only Required Parameters' toggle to OFF by default.
