Is Procurement My Receipts (new) redwood screnn support Item substitution at receipt?

Can anyone confirm whether My Receipts (New) supports substitute item receiving? 

We have successfully tested item substitution from SCM "Expected Shipment Lines" receiving screens, but we havn't found any way to enable the item substitution from the Procurement My Receipts (new) redwood screen.

Same PO, same item that I can substitute in SCM but Item field is read only in Procurement.

Is this functionality supported, or is it currently a limitation of the My Receipts user experience?
