Why some HCM agent templates are not visible in AI Agent Studio?

Hello,
In our Oracle Fusion HCM environment, we can see some preconfigured templates under AI Agent Studio → AI Agents, including Employment Team Analyst and Workforce Structures Insight Analyst ecc. However, some other preconfigured templates like Jobs Assistant, Add to insight, Positions Assistant don't appear in the template list.

Should these templates be available in all applicable HCM environments? Are there specific prerequisites, configuration settings, or AI Agent Studio permissions that determine whether they appear? What would you recommend checking first?
