User account getting suspended after "Changes Hire Date" transaction

Hi All,

Has anyone come across a scenario where an active user account gets suspended automatically following an HDL load that performs a Hire Date correction/change?

In the User and Role Diagnostic, we can see an UPDATE request with Action Reason = "Changes Hire Date", followed immediately by a completed SUSPEND LDAP request for the same user.

  • Is there any seeded Oracle user lifecycle logic that could trigger a suspension after a hire date correction performed via HDL?
  • Have you seen hire date changes, work relationship updates, or employment date corrections result in a user account being suspended?
  • Are there any known bugs or expected behaviors related to this scenario?
