Enable Address Type Validation in Family and Emergency Contact Section of Hire an Employee Flow

Currently, Oracle HCM does not provide the ability to configure or enforce address type validations when adding an address for a Family or Emergency Contact during the Hire an Employee process.

Many organizations have business requirements to restrict or validate the address types that can be entered for contacts. For example, organizations may want to:

1.Allow only specific address types for emergency contacts.
2.Prevent users from selecting invalid address types.
3.Display validation messages when unsupported address types are entered.
4.Enforce compliance with organizational data quality standards during the hiring process.

Business Impact:
Without this capability, users can select address types that do not align with organizational requirements, resulting in data quality issues and additional manual review or correction efforts. Configurable validation would help organizations maintain accurate and standardized contact information at the point of data entry.
