Is it possible to create transfer order for service item

Is it possible to create transfer order for service item either from Inventory management or SSP area.

We have a lot of intercompany sales so we have proposed top use SCFO with pricing administration, but along with parts customer also sells/buys services from sister companies. How do we achieve it in Oracle fusion transfer order.

we already tested the flow from SCO and it is giving error when creating supply request, we are also trying to raise PR for service item through SSP but it also gives error source can not be determined.
