Oci devops code migration

Hi team,

After creating the Code Repository from the OCI Console, is it mandatory to install any software on the developer’s desktop to upload/download code?

If software installation is not possible, is there any alternative command-line method to upload/download the code?

Also, for 30 developers, do we need to create individual user accounts and tokens for each user, or is there a common/recommended access mechanism?

Please guide us to do the required setup.
