Summary:
Loading activity completions for offerings with more than one activity via HDL runs on error if completion rule is that only one activity needs to be completed and in the file we have more that one activity completed for a learner. The Offering is marked as complete as soon as one activity is loaded as complete so tge subsequent loaded activities return an error.
Is there a way to load completion for all activities despite the completion rule in the Offering/Section?
