Can Opportunity Marketplace Collect Equal Opportunity Information from Internal Candidates?

Summary:

Like how the Equal opportunity questions (Disability & Diversity information, Veteran status, etc.) be filled by external candidates through external career sites, can the internal candidates also be able to enter the equal opportunity information while they apply for a job through opportunity marketplace?

Is this possible through ORC be able to get those details or it can be done through Journey assigned to employees which goes to core HR?
