Assignment Change Assistant not available after 26C

Hi everyone,

We have recently transitioned our environment to the 26C patch, but we are unable to find the predefined Assignment Change Assistant in AI Agent Studio.

We have access to and can use other agents delivered with the 26C release, so the issue appears to be specific to the Assignment Change Assistant.

We have checked the available features and searched for the agent, but it does not appear in our environment.

Has anyone experienced the same issue after the 26C update? Is there any additional opt-in, profile option, or security setup required for the agent to become available?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
