Candidate Type Ex-Pending Worker

Hi SMEs,

When one of the external candidate decline the offer, we terminated the PENDING WORKER records. At that time, for one of the candidate, the type is set as "Ex-Pending Worker". However, we have not enabled Candidate Type "Ex-Pending Worker".

Question #1: Is it possible set the candidate type as EXTERNAL?

Question #2: Is it recommended to enable Candidate Type "Ex-Pending Worker". What is the impact of enabling it.
