Learning Assignments - View approval task error message

When trying the use the View Approval Task action for a requested learning assignment the learning specialist is getting the following error:
ui/self/applications/learning-assignments/flows/main/pages/null&_task-flow-return=https:-page.html not found.
while loading page "redwood/learning-assignments/main/null&_task-flow-return=https:".

We're using a copy of the seeded Learning Specialist role and have added additional access which has allowed the user to view transactions in the transaction console but we're still getting the error when trying to view from the learning assignments page.
Has anyone else had this issue and managed to resolve it?
