MFA - Oracle Fusion

Hi Team,

We are evaluating MFA options for Oracle Fusion Applications.

If MFA is configured to send OTPs through SMS to users' mobile phones instead of using a mobile authenticator application (such as Oracle Mobile Authenticator) who bears the SMS/OTP delivery cost?

Is the SMS cost included as part of the Fusion Cloud subscription, or is it charged separately? If charged separately, how is the billing calculated and where can we find the pricing details?

We would appreciate any guidance from customers or Oracle teams who are currently using SMS-based MFA in Fusion.
