Our customer would like to understand whether it is possible to integrate skill ratings from Performance Documents with Skills Center.

Specifically, the requirement is that when a manager evaluates an employee's skills within a Performance Document, these ratings should automatically be reflected in the employee's Skills Center, without requiring any additional manual updates.

We would like to clarify the following points:

1. Performance Management Integration: Is there any standard functionality that allows skill ratings provided by managers in Performance Documents to be automatically transferred and displayed in Skills Center?
