Overtime Calculated on Duplicate Time Card

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Summary:

We had two employees create duplicate time cards, which resulted in Overtime calculation. Unfortunately, I was unable to recreate in a lower environment which makes opening an SR tricky.

Additional information:

- Employees have two time cards, one in an Approved status and another in a Saved status.
- Calculated Time on time card does not show Overtime.
- Additional Statuses through Team Time Cards shows Overtime.
- Both employees received 64 hours of Overtime, but for each employee, combined hours between both time cards do not equate to 64 hours of Overtime.
- Deleting second, Saved, time card did not remove Overtime. We had to then resubmit and reapprove the Approved time card for Overtime to be removed from Calculation Cards.
