Unable to View Uploaded Video Content in Oracle Learning

Hello Experts,

We have uploaded the following video content items in Oracle Learning:

  • M1_01_Getting Started
  • M1_02_Importance of Data
  • M1_04_The Journey Towards Data

The upload completed successfully without any errors. The content has a Start Date of 01-Jan-2026, which is already effective. However, the videos are not visible in Oracle Learning for either administrators or learners.

We have already verified:

  • The upload completed successfully without errors.
  • Required roles and privileges are assigned.
  • The issue is occurring for both administrators and learners.

Could you please advise:

  1. What additional configurations or visibility settings should be checked for video content?
