Front end validations for mandatory fields in ADFDI spreadsheet

Summary:

ADFDI spreadsheet currently does not perform front end validation for mandatory fields, including descriptive Flexfields marked as required, Validation for mandatory fields occurs only during the import process into interface tables, not during data entry in the spreadsheet. Errors related to missing mandatory data are detected after upload not while entering data.
