Mass remove community relations

Summary:

Dear all,

I have a requirement to mass remove community relations that was uploaded previously, the number is huge (around 10K learning items), i used the following HDL, but it didn't work, the system instead of end-dating the current record, it created a continuation record, this continuation record was removed only by using the UI.

Note: Delete command is not supported.
