Hi Team,

We are attempting to configure a custom approval workflow for Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets Retirement Approval using the Manage Workflow Rules in Spreadsheet functionality in Oracle Fusion Assets.

The spreadsheet upload completes successfully without any validation error; however, when a retirement transaction is submitted, the workflow fails and no approval task is created. Error is

TAC Diagnostic displays: No rules satisfied for the transaction.

Is there any specific Oracle document available to troubleshoot or resolve this error? Has anyone encountered a similar issue while configuring Oracle Fusion Assets Retirement Workflow Rules, specifically for an Asset Assignments → Cost Center Segment
