&OEP_CurYr does not work properly in business rule

Hello experts,

When I tried to run the business rule with substitution variable "OEP_CurYr" , the rule ran for FY25 instead of FY26 as per setup in Configure and Substitution Variables tab. 

Business rule:

FIX ("No Entity", "No Currency", BegBalance, "No Project Element", "No AppID", "No Phases", "No Owner Code")

   /*Project level but without any PIs*/

   FIX (@INTERSECT (@RELATIVE ("Capital Projects", 0), @INTERSECT (@ATTRIBUTE (AnnualBudget), @ATTRIBUTE ("IT"))))
