Hi Experts,

how does the work email assignment to the employee work during his hiring process?

From what I can see when performing the Convert Pending Worker transaction, I've the possibility to add the work email to the employee. Once the employee is hired the work email is visible and read-only in the Contact info page. Is it the expected behavior?

Do we have the possibility to not allow the HR user to not enter the work email during the Convert Pending Worker process?
