Restore the Sorting Option for the Position Field in Change Assignment and Hire Workflows

Starting with the Oracle HCM Cloud 26C release, the ascending and descending sorting arrows are no longer available in the value list associated with the Position field across the various Change Assignment and Hire workflows.

This functionality was previously available and allowed users to sort the list of positions, making it easier and faster to find the required position, especially when dealing with a large number of records.

Is there a plan to reintroduce the ascending and descending sorting options for the Position field in upcoming Oracle HCM Cloud releases?

Restoring this feature would improve usability and make position selection more efficient for end users.
