Unusual schedule of ESS "Process Recruiting Job Alerts"

Hello Experts,

We noticed an unusual behavior of the ESS "Process Recruiting Job Alerts". This process seems to follow some kind of schedule, running daily, but always at different times. The pattern seems to be every 25 hours, sometimes 24 and other times 24,5h.

This results to internal candidates receiving opportunity notifications randomly, following the explained pattern.

However, the runs do not seem to be part of a parent process/schedule, so we're not able to stop it not to schedule it again.

We do have an SR open but we've not been receiving answers so we were wondering if someone was familiar with the situation.
