Payroll Flow Pattern Notifications Are Not Triggered When HCM Extract "Completed with alerts" state

I have configured notifications in a Payroll Flow Pattern for an HCM Extract task.

when the extract encounters an issue and the flow status becomes "Completed with Alerts", I do not receive any email or worklist notification, even though Warning and Error notifications are enabled in the flow pattern.

For example, I tested with:

  • Formula compilation errors
  • BI report delivery failures

In both cases, the flow ended with "Completed with Alerts" and no notification was received.
