FCCS Data form not allowing to select parent member when opening in SmartView

When I am trying to select the parent member in SmartView data form, I am not able to select the parent member(FCCS_Entity Total) in the POV. I am able to select the parent member in the same data form in Web View but not in SmartView. Even able to select it through scrolling through keyboard but not through mouse. and it is happening only for one client application. for other applications it is working fine. My SmartView version is Oracle Smart View for Office 26.100 Build 291. I have tried to uninstall and then Install the Smartview again but it
