Pension Auto Enrolment for multiple Assignment

It has been identified that the Pension Auto Enrollment for employee’s who have more than 1 active assignments does not seem to work correctly as their collectively earnings when exceeding the threshold amount to be eligible for pension enrolment and not work and therefore not processed through Pension auto enrolment.

The total pension assessable earnings are not aggregated by all assignments. This is causing the pension auto enrolment to mark them as ‘Entitled Worker’ & not eligible for a Pension. This causes an issue as Employee should be enrolled to Pension scheme. There is currently outstanding SR and it is been looked into, but until such time as Oracle Product provides solution it is suggested to have an interim process of a report to identify such use case and report them for Pension enrollment. This is a legislative requirement.
