Summary:

In Workforce module, Backfill start date is not copied to target combination after Promotion Transfer month. Vacate date is copied to all future months in the target, but not the backfill start date.

Since the back fill date is not available, all other periods PID status shows as "Vacated" instead of Active. Due to this behavior, dollar amount is calculating only for the Promotion/Transfer month. Data copy from source to Target happens in Transfer template.

This issue is arising only for target after Promotion, Transfer. In usual case, vacate date and Backfill start date logic works as expected.
