Inactive location details are visible while doing the promotion through manage job offers page

Hi Team,

We are observing an issue while performing a promotion through the Manage Job Offers page.

Issue Details:

  • During the promotion transaction in the Manage Job Offers page, inactive Location values are available for selection.
  • However, when performing a promotion through the Core HR Promotion page, only active Location values are displayed, which is the expected behavior.

Could you please advise how to resolve this issue? Is there any ESS process, cache refresh, or synchronization job that needs to be run to align the behavior?
