Is there a limit on sending messages to multiple candidates on a pool? Error log?

We need to send e-mail messages to 30 candidates on the pool in ORC, but it is not working. The process completed successfully, but no messages sent, no error log either. The same thing worked fine with 10 candidates from the pool. Is there a limit? Error log?

We've tried to send e-mail messages to 30 candidates from the pool in ORC. Selected candidates, went to "More Actions", Send Message. Please see below. The process completed successfully, but no messages sent, no error log either.

The same thing worked fine with 10 candidates from the pool. Once we add that 11th, getting the notification that it will be handled as a bulk process and it is failing. Is there a limit? Also, can we see somewhere the error log?
