Directs report filter inside My team quick action

We are setting up the pages related to Redwood.

Therefore, we need to exclude the “Direct Reports” filter that appears under the actions in My Teams.

Could you tell us if this is possible and, if so, how to exclude this default filter for the actions in My Teams?
